About this role

Role Overview NAFFCO Group is seeking an analytical and results-oriented Performance and KPI Manager to develop and manage the Group’s performance measurement framework. The role will work with business units and support functions to define meaningful KPIs, set targets, monitor results and provide clear insights to management. The successful candidate will help translate business objectives into measurable plans, improve accountability and support timely action when performance falls below target. Key Responsibilities KPI Framework and Governance Develop and maintain a Group-wide framework for KPIs, scorecards and performance reporting.
