Quantity Surveyor (Firefighting & Fire Alarm System )

Job Overview We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Maintenance Department, with experience in cost estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost control for firefighting and fire alarm maintenance works. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and pricing schedules for maintenance works. Review work orders, scope of work, drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate quantity measurements. Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets to ensure cost efficiency. Maintain records of quantities, material rates, labour costs, and other project-related expenses.
