About About the Role Nazarbayev University is seeking an experienced HR leader to head its HR Operations & Employee Relations function. The Director will oversee centralized HR services, ensure compliance with Kazakhstan’s labour legislation, strengthen employee relations practices, and drive the standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement of HR operations across the University. HR Operations & Service Delivery: Lead centralized HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, recruitment-related documentation, transfers, changes to employment terms, additional duties, leave, contract extensions, and termination.
