Senior manager of the Department of Accounting and Financial Reporting

The Senior manager performs the following duties and responsibilities: Maintaining accounting records for revenue from educational, research, and other services provided by the University; Timely issuance of electronic invoices (ESF) and preparation of primary accounting documents; Ensuring the accuracy and timely recording of service-related transactions; Reviewing and approving contracts, internal documents, and payments within the assigned area of responsibility; Monitoring the timely preparation of acts of services rendered and compliance with contractual deadlines; Performing reconciliations of accounting accounts and monitoring and clearing accounts receivable and accounts payable; Preparing data for accounting, statistical, and financial reporting; Participating in the preparation o…
