About this role
Neo Security is hiring a Corporate Attorney to be a key member of our legal team, based out of our Boston, MA office. You'll own commercial contracting, support corporate governance and compliance, and serve as a trusted legal advisor to Sales, Product, People, and executive leadership. As a security company, we hold ourselves to a high bar on privacy, data protection, and customer trust — this role will play a central part in upholding that bar while helping the business move quickly.
This role suits a pragmatic, business-minded attorney who has worked in-house or at a firm supporting fast-growing SaaS or technology companies, is comfortable owning a high volume of commercial agreements, and can translate legal risk into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyers.
