About this role

NeoWork is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support practical AI and automation solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and decision-making. This is a hands-on remote position focused on translating business requirements into working, scalable, secure solutions using modern AI platforms and low-code tools. You'll partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand processes and challenges, then rapidly prototype and deploy solutions—everything from intelligent workflows and AI agents to automation solutions and knowledge systems. You'll work across enterprise platforms (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Salesforce, and similar technologies) while continuously learning and adapting as the AI landscape evolves.…
