About this role

NeoWork is currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support partners through the listing process and ensure a smooth experience from onboarding through post-sale support. This role combines customer support, listing quality assurance, administrative tasks, and AI implementation. Responsibilities Guide partners through the onboarding process and help them complete their listings accurately and efficiently. Review and perform listing QA to ensure all details, content, and information meet quality standards. Assist partners with listing details, updates, corrections, and other platform-related needs.
