About this role
Funciones Gestión técnica y operativa de comercios de alto volumen. Seguimiento y optimización de KPIs: autorizaciones, conversión, fraude y chargebacks. Resolución y coordinación de incidencias con Operaciones, IT, Riesgo y Producto. Asesoramiento en integraciones, métodos de pago y servicios de valor añadido. Elaboración de reporting y propuestas de mejora continua. Condiciones Contrato indefinido. Incorporación inmediata. Horario: lunes a viernes de 08:00 a 17:00. Modalidad 100% teletrabajo. Salario: 27.000 € brutos anuales. Tu perfil Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en adquirencia, pagos, PSPs o banca transaccional. Conocimientos de e-commerce, omnicanal, fraude, 3DS y chargebacks.
