MISSION AND CHALLENGES
• Lead the launch and development of NeuraGym AI robotics training center, establishing scalable operations that safely and efficiently support multiple concurrent customer training programs while developing the operational playbook and best practices for future NeuraGym locations.
• Lead and coordinate on-site Gym team members; AI Trainers, Mechatronics Engineers, Motion Suit Operators, PM/Admin, IT and cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and successful customer engagements.
• Partner closely with the NeuraGym Product team to translate customer feedback, operational insights, and performance data into scalable improvements to processes, KPIs, workflows, tooling, and offerings.…
