About this role
This position is responsible for creating, directing, and maintaining a high value, on premise, guest experience, through the leadership and management of the Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH) & Event Programming Teams. This is a full-time position at our Downtown Kalamazoo Hospitality campus. Essential Duties: Oversee and direct day to day operations onsite (averaging 40-45 hours/week) Facilitation of strategic priorities, departmental goals, initiatives, and performance work objectives management, while seeking process improvements.
