About this role
This position is primarily responsible for selecting and working with a group of suppliers in support of domestic production and new product development. Suppliers will include domestic and international locations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Materials Planning and Administrative : Generates, adjusts and expedites purchase orders based on MRP (material requirements planning) along with pertinent information being used to run the business, i.e. schedule adherence, S&OP, etc. Generates buy action based on authorized spending amount. Coordinates with the Planning Team to maintain optimal inventory levels and determine the proper priorities for material support.…
