This role bridges deep database engineering with customer-centric support workflows and best practices, close collaboration with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps practices to guarantee the availability, reliability, and peak performance of NextGen's enterprise database platforms supporting cloud-first healthcare applications.
