Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Assistant Manager/Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for our organization, with a sharp focus on statutory compliance and HR analytics. The role owns the accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness of all statutory compliances, while also building data-driven insights that support workforce planning.
