HR Generalist II (HR Generalist/Recruiter)

Job Summary The HR Generalist II will partner closely with the local HR Business Partner and managers to primarily focus on recruitment and onboading of talent to meet business needs. The HR Generalist will also provide comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle, handling HR inquiries, coordinating engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes as directed by the HR Business Partner. The HR Generalist will also focus on continuous improvement of service quality and customer experience by using Nordson’s NBS Next framework.
