Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage staff r esponsible for receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping . Plan and manage distribution activities through the utilization of workforce skills, hours, material, and workflow to assure timely processing and quality standards are achieved each day. Organize and assign work considering the current workforce levels; instruct, guide, and assist employees in the performance of their work. Maintain and develop an adequately skilled work force consistent with planning requirements and work levels, including cross training.
