Northwestern Mutual Real Estate (NMRE) is responsible for leading the property investments of the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. We are one of the largest investors of commercial real estate in the U.S., with a diversified portfolio across many U.S. markets and major property types. The Analyst position is initially located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with potential future opportunities located in Washington DC, Atlanta, Dallas, Newport Beach, and San Francisco. Job duties include: Providing financial modeling and analytical support to multiple functional units including underwriting, portfolio management, loan and equity production, asset management, and real estate services.
