Responsibilities: Achieve hiring targets by managing recruitment requisitions and partnering closely with hiring managers to align on talent requirements and hiring expectations. Recruit talent across all levels, including professionals, specialists, and managerial positions. Proactively source candidates and build robust external talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth. Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to develop effective sourcing and attraction strategies. Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions.
