Essential Job Functions: •Apply new technologies to develop products that solve customer needs. •Broad understanding of engineering principles •Take a concept from idea phase through to production launch. •Develop and execute testing plans for novel concepts. •Apply tools like DFMEA, DVP&R, Cost Estimates, and work within a stage-gate process. •Collaborate within cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables. •Embrace the iterative nature of R&D, knowing when to pause or persevere.
