EASTERN TITLE DIVISION Job Description: The Senior Title Examiner is responsible for examining public records and legal documents to determine the legal status of property titles. They conduct thorough examinations of property titles to identify any defects, restrictions, or encumbrances. They ensure the accuracy and completeness of title documents and provide detailed reports on their findings. *Candidate must be located in Virginina to perform in person and remote searching with a minimum of 5 years of title examination. Daily Responsibilities may include: Verify all property and tax information obtained is complete and correctly reported.
