EASTERN TITLE DIVISION Job Description: The Agency Support Trainer is responsible for providing effective software training to support title agents and internal teams in utilizing the title and closing software platform. This role supports the onboarding process with training, enabling users to efficiently use features and functionality; streamlining workflows. This role blends training and support and requires an understanding of the real estate industry, its processes, and technical knowledge of software platforms.
