About this role
Wen wir suchen: Du unterstützt Managementteams und Investoren bei der Erstellung von Commercial-, Digital-, Tech- und Data-Due-Diligence-Analysen im Rahmen von Buy-Side- und Sell-Side-Transaktionen. Du analysierst (digitale) Geschäftsmodelle führender Private-Equity-Kunden in einem internationalen Umfeld. Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Equity Stories sowie digitalen Wertsteigerungsinitiativen für Portfoliounternehmen unserer Private-Equity-Kunden. Du identifizierst Beratungsbedarfe, strukturierst Problemstellungen und wirkst bei der Entwicklung strategischer Lösungsansätze mit.
