About this role

Wen wir suchen: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für internationale Technology-, IT- und AI-Due-Diligence-Projekte im Rahmen von Buy-Side- und Sell-Side-Transaktionen für Private-Equity-Investoren, Konzerne und Portfoliounternehmen. Du bewertest komplexe IT-Landschaften hinsichtlich Architektur, Infrastruktur, Skalierbarkeit, Wartbarkeit, Cybersecurity, Compliance und operativer Leistungsfähigkeit. Du führst AI-Due-Diligence-Analysen durch und bewertest AI-Reifegrad, Datenstrategien, technische Machbarkeit sowie Innovations- und Wertschöpfungspotenziale.
