About this role

Wen wir suchen: Du arbeitest direkt mit Kundenteams zusammen, um komplexe Geschäftsherausforderungen zu verstehen und in produktionsreife AI-Lösungen zu übersetzen. Du verantwortest die End-to-End-Delivery von AI-Lösungen - von Discovery und Prototyping über Deployment und Adoption bis zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung. Du konzipierst, entwickelst und deployst AI-Anwendungen mit LLMs, agentischen Workflows, RAG, Automatisierung und modernen AI-Technologien. Du validierst und iterierst AI-Lösungen schnell auf Basis von Nutzerfeedback, technischer Performance und messbaren Geschäftsergebnissen. Du arbeitest eng mit Data-Engineering- und AI-Engineering-Teams zusammen, um skalierbare AI-Systeme in Enterprise-Umgebungen zu deployen.…
