About this role

Wen wir suchen: Du verantwortest die Konsolidierung und den Konzernabschluss inklusive der Abstimmung mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern. Du leitest und koordinierst die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB (perspektivisch IFRS) für die gesamte Gruppe. Du administrierst die DATEV-Mandanten für die gesamte OMMAX-Gruppe. Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für Steuern, Accounting und Compliance innerhalb der OMMAX-Gruppe. Du betreust die Auslandsniederlassungen (UK, Italien, Niederlande) in allen Finance- und Accounting-Themen und stellst sicher, dass unsere internationalen Finanzprozesse abschlusssicher, steuerkonform und effizient laufen. Du baust Transfer-Pricing-Strukturen sowie Intercompany-Abstimmungen auf und setzt diese um.…
