About this role

Wen wir suchen: Du arbeitest aktiv an Strategie- und Transformationsprojekten für unsere Kunden mit und unterstützt dabei insbesondere den People-Workstream. Du unterstützt bei Executive-Search- und Teamaufbau-Projekten für digitale Schlüsselrollen (z. B. CEO, CDO, CMO). Du bereitest Pitch-Decks, Recruiting-Unterlagen und strategische Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Kundenprojekte vor. Du entwickelst und implementierst gemeinsam mit dem Team innovative Sourcing-Strategien. Du identifizierst, analysierst und sprichst Führungskräfte für digitale Transformationsprojekte direkt an. Du baust Talent-Pipelines für aktuelle und zukünftige Suchmandate auf und pflegst diese kontinuierlich. Du arbeitest an Marktanalysen, Researches und Auswertungen mit und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab.…
