About this role

Wen wir suchen: Du unterstützt das interne IT-Support-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Du wirst Teil spannender IT-Prozesse und übernimmst eigenständig kleinere Projekte. Du arbeitest eng mit dem gesamten IT-Team zusammen. Du betreust Anwenderinnen und Anwender an allen Standorten und stehst ihnen bei IT-Fragen unterstützend zur Seite. Du unterstützt bei der Administration von Servern, Telefonanlagen und Zugangssystemen. Du wirkst bei einfachen Störungs- und Problemanalysen mit, leitest Störungen weiter und behebst diese gegebenenfalls nach Anleitung. Du pflegst und verwaltest die E-Mail-Verteiler des gesamten Unternehmens. Du unterstützt bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration neuer Arbeitsplätze.…
