About this role

Wen wir suchen: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für alltägliche IT-Fragen und -Probleme in unserem Pariser Büro und unterstützt Kollegen freundlich, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert. Du leistest First-Level-Support für Laptops, Peripheriegeräte, Drucker, Meetingraum-Technik, Konnektivität und gängige Softwareprobleme – unter anderem in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack und weiteren Business-Anwendungen. Du unterstützt die Kollegen bei Kontozugriffen, Passwörtern, Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung und grundlegenden Anwendungsberechtigungen. Du richtest Laptops, Accounts und Standardanwendungen für neue Kollegen ein und koordinierst Zugriffsänderungen sowie die Rückgabe von Geräten bei Rollenwechseln und Austritten.…
