About this role

Wen wir suchen: Du führst und managst komplexe MarTech- und E-Commerce-Transformationsprojekte von der Strategie bis zur Implementierung mit messbarem geschäftlichem Impact. Du entwickelst und implementierst daten- und technologiegetriebene Marketing- und Commerce-Strategien, die KI, Automatisierung, Personalisierung und Digitalisierung nutzen. Du konzipierst und orchestrierst integrierte MarTech- und E-Commerce-Architekturen (CRM, ERP, CDP, PIM, CMS, E-Commerce). Du führst Technologie-Audits, Prozessanalysen und Data-Maturity-Assessments durch, um Effizienz- und Wachstumspotenziale zu identifizieren.
