About this role

Wen wir suchen: Du berätst führende Finanzinvestoren, Private-Equity-Firmen und Unternehmen bei der Planung, Durchführung und Steuerung von AI-, Data- und Governance-Due-Diligence-Projekten im Rahmen von Buy-Side- und Sell-Side-Transaktionen. Du analysierst AI-, Daten- und Technologie-Landschaften hinsichtlich Skalierbarkeit, Governance, Compliance, Architektur, Betriebsmodellen und Wertschöpfungspotenzialen. Du bewertest den Einsatz von AI-, LLM- und datengetriebenen Lösungen hinsichtlich technischer Reife, operativer Risiken, Governance-Strukturen und strategischem Mehrwert.
