Wen wir suchen: Du berätst Private-Equity-Gesellschaften, Finanzinvestoren und Unternehmen bei Tech- und Data-Due-Diligence-Projekten im Rahmen von Buy- und Sell-Side-Transaktionen. Du übernimmst die Konzeption und Umsetzung technischer und digitaler Projekte, analysierst Anforderungen, erstellst fachliche Spezifikationen und entwickelst passende Lösungs- und Implementierungsansätze. Du bewertest Software- und Systemarchitekturen, Infrastruktur sowie Entwicklungsprozesse und übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen in klare Roadmaps (z. B.
