About this role

Wen wir suchen: Du arbeitest aktiv an Commercial-, Digital-, Tech- und Data-Due-Diligence-Projekten für Buy- und Sell-Side-Transaktionen mit. Du führst eigenständig Analysen (digitaler) Geschäftsmodelle für internationale Private-Equity-Kunden durch. Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Equity Stories und digitalen Wertschöpfungsinitiativen für Portfoliounternehmen. Du strukturierst komplexe Problemstellungen, identifizierst den Beratungsbedarf der Kunden und entwickelst fundierte Lösungen. Du analysierst die strategischen Auswirkungen von KI und digitalen Technologien auf Geschäftsmodelle. Du arbeitest eng mit internen digitalen Expertenteams zusammen. Du erstellst Präsentationen und bringst dich aktiv in Workshops, Kundentermine, Analysen und interne Weiterentwicklungen ein.…
