About this role
Responsibilities Technical / Lab Services Delivers technical and lab service support for existing products and solutions across all Horizons, under guidance from senior team members. Assists in proof-of-concept activities for Horizon 2 and 3 initiatives. Delivers lab, field, and customer testing, data collection, and interpretation of lab, field, and customer trials. Ensures technical documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Close collaboration within the technical service community, Commercialisation Management, OSM Region Sales, and Key Account teams to support technical conversion of sales opportunities. Supports Sales and other functions training, as well as new Technical Service team members on applications and testing.…
