About this role

BASIC FUNCTION: Omya is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support and promote a safe and healthy work environment at our Superior, Arizona operation. This role is responsible for accident prevention, workplace safety compliance, employee training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement of health and safety performance. The Health & Safety Specialist partners with employees, supervisors, and management to ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, company standards, and applicable regulatory requirements while fostering a strong safety-first culture across the site.
