About this role

RESPONSIBILITIES Lead process optimization and operational excellence initiatives across suspended mineral and wet processing operations. Provide process engineering leadership for capital projects, including process design, flowsheet development, equipment specification, commissioning, and performance validation. Support scale-up and industrialization of new products, technologies, and manufacturing processes. Analyze operational performance using process data, advanced analytics, and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify sustainable improvement opportunities.
