Job Summary Work independently on mineral processing and characterization projects while actively contributing to cross-functional teams. Work with chemical additives including dispersants, grinding aids, rheology modifiers and binders in processes such as wet grinding, dry grinding, surface modification, spray drying, slurry stabilization, granulation and high-temperature mineral expansion. Independently generate, collect and review process and characterization data to compile scientific information for decision-makers in the company. Demonstrate strong process understanding to identify improvement opportunities, implement innovative technologies and methods, and drive continuous operational excellence.…
