A leading financial services company is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead audit activities, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan based on business and regulatory risks. Lead audits covering finance, operations, risk, compliance, and business processes. Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management frameworks. Identify control weaknesses, financial risks, and process improvement opportunities. Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management. Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.…
