Requirements Support Talent Management and employee development activities and initiatives. Assist in performance management cycles , including goal setting, performance reviews, and follow-ups. Support training and development activities and coordinate training programs. Support the recruitment function , including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for blue- and white-collar positions .
