About this role

Support Contracts Manager in contract administration from initiation to closure. • Assist in creating, reviewing, & editing contracts for accuracy & compliance. • Maintain organized contract records, databases, & filing systems. • Track milestones, deadlines, & renewals for all contracts. • Act as a liaison for effective communication between teams & external parties. • Collaborate with departments for contract creation & management. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legal, & regulatory requirements. • Stay updated on changes in laws impacting contracts. • Address & resolve contract-related issues with stakeholders. • Generate reports for management or audit purposes. • Interact with vendors, clients, & external parties to clarify contract terms.…
