Job Description Organon is hiring for a Continuous Improvement Operator to join us at our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role you will be responsible for facilitation and governance of continuous improvement and lean activities within the Packaging team. Responsibilities Data Collection management and analysis to help understand the Line performance. Ensure downtime escalation process adherence, alongside the coordination of actions to improve Line performance. Understanding of Packaging Line Operational Availability/performance metrics.
