Job Description The Position The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple European markets within Organon. This role ensures full compliance with local legislation, company policies, and internal controls, while supporting a standardized and efficient payroll delivery model across the region. The Payroll Specialist acts as a key liaison between Payroll, HR Service Delivery, Finance, Tax, and external providers, providing subject matter expertise on payroll matters and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all assigned countries.
