About this role

The Loan Associate will support the internal loan administrative agent team functional responsibilities including loan closings, settlements, servicing, and portfolio administration for syndicated and participated loan investments across multiple investment strategies, including but not limited to direct and opportunistic asset-based lending, middle market direct lending, growth lending, and NAV lending. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret loan and legal documentation, and a customer service mind-set focused on effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, borrowers, and lenders to ensure accurate and timely execution across the loan lifecycle.…
