Purpose and Job Summary: The Senior Director of Asset Management will serve as a senior member of the Multifamily Equity Investments team, with responsibility for driving investment performance across the multifamily equity platform and REO equity holdings. The Senior Director will lead asset-level strategy, oversee business plan execution, support new investment underwriting, and coordinate with internal stakeholders, operating partners, third-party property managers, lenders, consultants, and other external partners.
