Purpose and Job Summary: The Associate will be an integral part of the Corporate Development team. The primary mandate of the team is to partner with business leaders across the organization to evaluate and execute new business opportunities that support the long-term growth strategy of the firm, including supporting the incubation of new business lines, participating in the evaluation of strategic investments and partnerships, and execution of M&A opportunities as they pertain to the talent, assets, and/or corporate entities. The Associate is expected to work closely with Finance and FP&A to prepare analyses, financial models, investment memorandum, and presentation materials in support of corporate development efforts.…
