Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Employee Relations Specialist para brindar soporte jurídico en procesos de relaciones laborales, garantizando el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral colombiana y las políticas internas. Requisitos Profesional en Derecho con tarjeta profesional vigente. 2 a 4 años de experiencia en Derecho Laboral colombiano. Experiencia en procesos disciplinarios, contratos, otrosíes y terminaciones de contrato. Conocimiento de legislación laboral y seguridad social. Manejo de Microsoft Office. Deseable experiencia en empresas de alto volumen de empleados, BPO o Contact Center. Excelentes habilidades de análisis, comunicación, organización, negociación y resolución de problemas.…
