About this role

Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, delivering a warm, professional, and highly personalized hosting experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning VIP guests to drive repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty. Proactively generate revenue through table and bottle sales, consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets. Work closely with Operations, Bar, and Floor teams to ensure seamless execution of VIP table service. Proactively engage and approach new guests to build relationships and identify potential VIP clientele. Handle guest feedback and concerns with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency, escalating issues to management when appropriate.…
