About this role

Outsourcing Advantage is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented ABA Placement Coordinator to join our team. In this important role, you will be responsible for coordinating the placement of behavior technicians to provide appropriate ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapy services to clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure that clients are matched with qualified therapists who can meet their individual needs effectively. This is an entry-level role with training provided. Responsibilities Assess client needs, scheduling requirements and preferences to facilitate effective therapist placements within our ABA services.
