Case Manager Assistant

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a Case Manager Assistant who will serve as an important point of contact for patients, families, physicians, healthcare providers, and service disciplines. This role will assist with day-to-day case coordination, communication, documentation, service orders, and follow-up to ensure patients receive the appropriate services in a timely and organized manner. The successful candidate will work closely with an RN Case Manager and will receive comprehensive training on the company's case management processes, medical record system, service coordination procedures, and documentation requirements.
