About this role

SUMMARY: The Clinical Pharmacy Assistant assists the Clinical Pharmacist in the day to day comprehensive, customer-oriented clinical pharmacy services provided by PACE Southeast Michigan. The Clinical Pharmacy Assistant works in collaboration with the Clinical Pharmacist and reports to the Clinical Manager of Pharmacy and Primary Care of PACE Southeast Michigan. The Clinical Pharmacy Assistant must be able to exercise a high level of professionalism in interdisciplinary communication, maintain attention detail with high-quality product, and demonstrate dedication to continuous process improvement. He/she assists the Clinical Pharmacist and interdisciplinary team in identifying and resolving drug-related problems for participants in a fast-paced clinical environment.…
