The Deputy Court Administrator for Family Court is responsible for assisting the judicial leadership in the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of family and juvenile court reforms within Berks County. Working under the direct guidance of the Administrative Judges, you will oversee case management practices by implementing and monitoring administrative workflows to ensure all cases proceed through the court system in a timely, effective, and efficient manner. Additionally, you will lead comprehensive training initiatives for Judges, Hearing Officers, and court staff to maintain high operational standards and deliver exceptional service to the families and children of Berks County.…
