Key Responsibilities: Assist the Chef de Partie and Pastry team with daily pastry production. Prepare mise en place and ingredients according to established recipes and production requirements. Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, cookies, and other pastry products. Follow recipes, preparation methods, portioning, and presentation standards accurately. Assist with decorating, finishing, and plating pastry and dessert items. Ensure the quality, freshness, and consistency of all products. Maintain proper storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures for ingredients. Keep workstations, equipment, and utensils clean, organized, and hygienic.
